1. Marketplace and contract
PDFSHOP.io provides a marketplace for PDF downloads. The listing identifies the seller. PDFSHOP.io operates checkout, secure delivery, moderation and customer support and may act as the seller for its own listings.
2. Product information and price
The title, description, previews, language, page count, price and seller shown before checkout form part of the offer. Prices are displayed in euros and the final checkout total is shown before payment.
3. Payment and delivery
Payments are processed securely by Mollie. PDFSHOP.io does not store complete card or bank credentials. After payment confirmation, access is provided through the buyer account or a private guest link and a confirmation is sent by email.
4. Licence
Unless a listing expressly says otherwise, purchase grants a personal, non-exclusive and non-transferable licence to use the PDF. Redistribution, resale, public sharing, extraction for a competing product or removal of rights notices is not permitted.
5. Immediate digital delivery
For paid content, checkout asks the buyer to expressly request immediate delivery before the 14-day withdrawal period ends and separately acknowledge that the withdrawal right ends once delivery or downloading begins. The confirmation email records this agreement on a durable medium.
6. Refunds and statutory remedies
Loss of the withdrawal right is not a blanket exclusion of refunds. Duplicate or unauthorised charges, unavailable content and content that is defective, materially not as described or otherwise non-conforming can still qualify for a refund, price reduction or other statutory remedy. See the refund policy and submit evidence from the order page.
7. Availability and security
Purchased files normally remain available for repeat download. Access may be restricted where required by law, security, fraud prevention or third-party rights. PDFSHOP.io will provide an appropriate remedy where legally required.
8. Complaints and contact
Use the Support centre for complaints, payment disputes or content reports. These terms do not limit access to a competent consumer authority, alternative dispute-resolution body or court.
9. Governing law
Dutch law applies without depriving consumers of mandatory protection or competent forums available under the law of their country of residence.
