When the withdrawal right ends
For a paid PDF, we ask for express consent to immediate digital delivery and acknowledgement that the 14-day withdrawal right ends once delivery or downloading begins. Before delivery begins, a valid withdrawal request will be assessed under applicable law.
When you can still request a remedy
- You were charged twice for the same purchase.
- The payment was unauthorised.
- The purchased file cannot be delivered or opened.
- The content is defective or materially different from its description or previews.
- Another mandatory consumer remedy applies.
What normally does not qualify
After delivery has begun, a simple change of mind normally does not qualify where valid consent and acknowledgement were recorded. We do not reject a request automatically merely because a download occurred.

Open the paid order in your account—or use the private guest order link—and choose Request refund review. Explain the issue and include useful facts. Approved refunds return through Mollie to the original payment method; provider processing times may vary.
